Just Another Theory?

Is Non Duality Just Another Theory or Brain State? *

If you enter the sea, you feel its wetness.
That is not a theory,
That is an experience.
Is that experience just a ‘brain state?’
Well, the processing that goes on to create that experience
Happens in the brain –
But also in the skin, the nerves, the tissues and so on.
Isn’t that interaction between something called ‘sea’
and something called ‘you’ –  wonderful?
I don’t understand where your ‘just’ comes in.

Love can’t be proved,
But it can be experienced.
Do you need to prove it?
Or is the experience enough?
